We are proud to say that we are a professional security company that provides well trained security officers from the lowest grade (Grade D) to highest grade (Grade A) including Close Protectors.

We have intensive recruitment and selection process, whereby applicants are subject to a thorough procedure of selection, through interviews, fingerprinting and PSIRA clearance in terms of section 10(1) of the Security Office Act 92 of 1987. In addition, all assignments are specifically geared to our clients needs and special circumstances.

Training Programmes

Lady T Protection Service (Pty) Ltd complies with NOSA programmes

Compliance courses on arrest procedures on arrest procedures, firearm and teargas-use competency and security hazard identification.

Management programmes.

TO ACHIEVE THAT:

All Security personnel have undergone through intensive training at an accredited training centre in accordancewith Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) regulations.

  • Remuneration as prescribed by the Wage Determination and Regulation of theSecurity Industry.
  • The image of our security officers is an important reflection of our organisation.
  • All our security officers have a minimum of Grade 10 level of education and aresecurity cleared by the S.A.P.S. via PSIRA
  • Incidents and occurrences are reported on an occurrence and pocket book daily.
  • Security officers are community based to enhance self-posting.
  • Our company has a control room that is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The Director(s) and Managers of the company are graded according to the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) requirements.

MODUS OPERANDI

Supervisors monitor the progress of Officers at all sites and then report to an Operations Manager who is in charge of that particular section. The Operations Manager is in constant contact with the supervisor through radios or mobile communication to access the effectiveness of the service provided by our officers on duty.

We have a competent incumbent who is responsible for operations as well as services and he/she ensures that there is ongoing communication between client and Lady T Protection Services.
